Everything Everywhere all at once
I watched Everything Everywhere All at Once. Oh my god, it was so good, I'm a huge fan of Michelle Yeoh and I was blown away by watching the film.
Everything happens everywhere all at once. If I think about the scripting first in making the movie because it's so well written, even thinking about it might have been very unconvincing at first. The film captures everything so well, that's why it's literally everything and everywhere. Evelyn Wang's family is at hard stake because they were having financial issues living in America. It's a story of a Chinese family who's surviving hard times in America.
The portrayal of a mother-daughter relationship in the movie was so good and realistic that I honestly cried watching it. The visuals were so good, although there were a lot of repetitive scenes of her connecting in various universes. The most important scene for me was the rock scene. I never thought anyone could define objects or clothes as living, and personally, I always wanted to be a rock in my next life.
The whole rock scene was so good, I was just emotional. Mother convincing her daughter to come back to her, the movement of rocks as if it was trying to cross the universe timeline, oh my god, it was so good.
Everything Everywhere All at Once was an emotional Rollercoaster it was funny, action, with a multiverse concept, which is rare, and I know it's very hard to visualize, so kudos to the director.
