The Devil Wears Prada 2 is currently filming. Who was the real devil all the way?

 The Devil Wears Prada 2 is currently filming in NYC as some people spotted Meryl Streep ( Playing Miranda Priestley), Stanley Tucci ( Playing Nigel), Anne Hathaway (Playing Andy Sachs), and Emily Blunt (Playing Emily). 

The viral photos of the filming are the hot topic on the internet today. 

ANDY LEFT HER JOB 

On the first movie in the last scene we saw Andy throws her phone on the fountain in Paris when Miranda was calling her, she felt that Runaway was not for her and she didn't fit for it even if being Miranda's assistant that millions of girls would kill to want this job, everybody wants to be us as quoted by Miranda herself. But the question arises, who was the real devil all the way? 

WHY IS IT ONLY LINKED TO PRADA AND NOT OTHER BRANDS? 

The writer of The Devil Wears Prada noticed the recognition of Prada through her experiences in Vogue, as the film is also about fashion. Additionally, many iconic villains wore Prada in films, such as William Dafoe in The Grand Budapest Hotel. Prada itself is known for high-end fashion. The influence of Prada in the fashion industry led the writer to include the name Prada as well. Miranda Priestley the Editor-in-chief of Runaway Magazine was seen wearing high quality fashion and having impeccable taste for her style. Well, the details of fashion were not that clear in the film as in the novel, except for the popular Chanel Boots, but it is indeed shown that they wore Prada in some instances. 

Who was the real DEVIL?

People would often guess the real devil was Nate and Andy's friends or Miranda Priestley. 

Nate was a bad boyfriend indeed; he was blatant, childish, misogynistic, and unappreciative towards Andy. He made a huge fuss when Andy was late to his birthday party, although Andy had made promises to him. On the other hand, Andy's friends were so much more than that; they played with her phone when Miranda was calling her and were so mean to her the entire time, and not to mention, they also stole her designer clothes. 

The Devil is the ice queen herself, Miranda Priestley. Miranda was narcissistic, and her selfish actions made her even worse. The time when Andy was having a dinner with her dad and Miranda called her to book a flight again because her flight got canceled due to bad weather, she was pushing her so much as if Andy is kind of God who can stop the thunderstorm only for her flight. She ruined her dinner night, and not to mention, they also bodyshamed her for being size 6. Miranda was the sole reason Andy wanted to quit her job. The worst scene was when Miranda betrayed Nigel, her long-term colleague, for her own benefit. 

Anyways, I'm so excited about where the story will go in part 2.
