I made a film before I graduated and it was horrible.

So, I graduated in 2024, which was last year, and before that, we had an assignment to make a silent short film. It was a group project, based on any social issues. A group of 4 members with different responsibilities should start the initiative process. I was the scriptwriter, and before completing the final draft, I had so many topics that I discussed them with my teammates. The final topic was about procrastination, which we turned into a short film.

To be honest, when you're making a silent script, it needs more attention because you gotta put a lot of details in it. The name of our film was Paradox, and it's about a boy who is stressed because he has exams are homecoming, but ends up procrastinating due to stress and ADHD, which also includes mobile addiction. It was going well, but the problem was that the art direction was better than the creative direction, and the ending was horrible. I still think about how it could have been so much better.

Well, I was so embarrassed that I didn't even go to the screening. Maybe our editing teacher and HOD ma'am laughed at us. But we learned so much from everything it was first, and we learned so much more. Apart from the film, the memories and behind-the-scenes were memorable, and it was worth it.
